I love buying from EVERZON. They always have what I want and need at a AWESOME price that no other online vape shop can compare. The shipping is always on time. If you don't shop here maybe you need to look into it.👍👍

Spent around $200 (maybe more, can barely remember after this long..) of waiting for two new vape mods (geekvape) and some coils. The majority of the purchase was the two devices, WHICH, were very delayed in shipping of which i was not informed on until after the purchase (first red flag that I was willing to overlook at the time) then once the first device finally arrived (like 4 weeks later) within two minutes of trying to use this latest GV model it was leaking profusely all over everything and long story short after the Everzon customer service requiring photos and videos demonstrating the issue along with the S/N of the device (despite it having come from their inventory) and dozen plus back and forth emails, the 2nd device arrived, same issues, they say its a defective "fluke accident whatever bs" problem and they will replace it. I wait for the replacement its been weeks and i start getting "how many stars" leave us a review, still no replacement. EVERZON: "oh the device will be there by the end of April (it was the beginning of march for original order) and now today is May 6 so almost 2 entire months and the most recent email is EVERZON customer service asking me if I plan on spending money on their products in the future and they would like to add the replacement (for 1/2 the devices i spent around $200 on that is completely inoperable) now before they send it out (and this is only the first of two junk whatever knock off or whatever bs scam they have going) and im still here with essentially nothing two months later other than some coils which Im now suspicious regarding the quality of so I would just proceed with extreme caution and always listen to your gut when that old stupid little saying about if it seems to good/cheap/etc to be true that it is for one reason or another it always is and this is what I get for trusting an otherwise little known company or one that i didnt research well enough in advance

It has been two months since I placed my order and still have not received it.

The shipping takes forever and and you can't get tracking updates unless unless you. But they did get back to me quickly and everything was what I wanted

Sent me a defective mod at a cheap price (no wonder) and when I contacted customer support out of return window by a few weeks they said thank you and have a nice day.

Arrived after a few weeks which was expected, really pleased with this device easy to use and great flavour and taste.

If your fine with a little longer shipping then this company has all the pros.

I have not received the products I ordered, I have been waiting for them for 2 months

I ordered some hard to find replacement pods for my vape mod kit. The tracking number couldn't be found when i clicked on the link, so i was worried for a while there, but 47 days after purchase my item turned up safe & sound (in Australia). Very happy and relieved.

Very good customer service and a well set up website. I have bought from here twice and plan using everzon in the near future even more.

Overall it was a good customer service from end to end, arrived on time and was delivered with care
