I purchased 2 moodle men lamps for £20 and to be honest when I got them probably worth £10 in value tops. They are very naff and the suckers are a waste of time. If only I’d looked at the reviews first, cheap Chinese 💩

The item took a good while to arrive, but arrived reasonably packed (if a bit folded up) and was exactly as advertised. My niece liked it, which was good enough for me.

Item came quickly and it was nicer than expected. Great value. Really pleased.

I loved the set of eight clips I bought wonderful colours and lays flat. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to purchase them

I have brought a couple of things and I have been happy with them it takes a little longer for things to come but that’s really a problem

Awful quality, ordered some earrings and they were nothing like the photo. The cut crystal detail was basically a lump of glass, no shine at all. The metalwork was sprayed and chipped. Took ages to arrive and when it did one item was broken. Tried to get a refund but the best they would offer is 60%. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I felt so compelled to write and hopefully someone can avoid the same negative experience!

The website is easy to navigate and I wanted something a bit special for Christmas. The mugs are delightful and just perfect, and tea tastes very good out of them.

As with many customers, the delivery was slow but I expected this, received updates and apologies along the way. The product was as described and I was pleased with it. Hence all fine. Sort out the delivery and it would be five stars.

It took an age to get the product, however when it arrived it was superb.

Deliveries was unbelievably slow. The slowest internet shop by a massive margin. Why?????

Please don’t buy for here. I made a purchase 7 weeks in advance of Christmas. Their customer service is shocking with no plausible explaining of as to why my order was taking so long. It went from lost in shipping, lost in transit, investigating and silence. They couldn’t even get my order date right. The biggest irony was after all this they only contacted me to ask me to speak to my bank and close the fraud case I made…….which I won’t be doing. With a reason being “it would really help them out,” my “delayed” item was on route 7 weeks later. Don’t buy from here it really is terrible and verging on scam

I purchased the ‘little LED lights’ for my son and his family. They often go camping in a large tent and these lights will be such fun at nights when they are not able to connect up to electrics.
The parcel arrived safely and in sturdy packaging.

I'm happy with my order, it's certainly what I ordered haven't used it yet, but I set it out to see how it would work no problem there, it took a while to arrive but it did arrive, just waited patiently.

Firstly I would give zero stars if given the chance.
We placed an order worth about £80, the delivery times are a joke too.
We finally received our order only to find that 7 of the 8 boxes inside were damaged, either creased, ripped or flattened. They had been ‘packed’ in one flimsy plastic bag, no bubble wrap or any protective wrapping. I contacted Evesbury and provided photographs showing the damage and commented that as the products were intended as Christmas presents due to the damage we would be unable to send them as such. Also due to the time taken with delivery it was too late to reorder.
The company responded saying that ‘all items are packed sufficiently and checked before despatch’ and they would offer 10% refund. What a joke.
We will not be ordering from this company again, but they didn’t seem bothered about that.

My order arrived within a few days I love the packaging and of course the free gift

Ordered some suction hooks. Delivery was late and one of the items was wrong.
Cannot get them to stick so would like to return.
They are not fit for purpose and the Customer service is non existent..
It's like talking to an Ai bot.
Would avoid this company.

I have waited over two weeks for four cheap and nasty looking moodle lights that arrived this morning for children’s Xmas presents the company has a quintessential English name and suggest that they are British but they are Asian they are not a British company
The lights I purchased are not rechargeable nor can you put replacement battery in when the light dies. Waste of time and money

I spoke to Evesbury about returning my product but they tried twice in asking me to accept first 40% and then 60% refund and keeping the product, that I didn't need and was miss sold.

To return a product you have to send this to China. I thought Evesbury London was UK based, I was very wrong. Not a UK based company, their name is a lie.

Great lights and regular correspondence re when they would arrive. I would buy from again.
