Our goal is always to create a high-converting website that the client loves. In this case, although the Standard package was purchased (which covers template adaptation), we went ahead and created a fully customized design at no extra cost to meet the client's expectations.
Despite our multiple requests for specific details on what to change (colors, fonts, or sections), the feedback remained vague, making it impossible to reach the desired result. We remain 100% committed to completing the project and achieving a professional result, provided we receive clear instructions on the vision. We are still here and ready to help!

I hired this service specifically to…
I hired this service specifically to build my site on Shopify. Instead, the site was built on Wix without my approval. While I appreciate a consultative approach, changing platforms without confirming with the client is not appropriate especially when the platform choice was a core part of the agreement.
Additionally, the Wix site delivered was very generic and did not meet the quality or customization I expected. Overall, the project did not align with my requirements or expectations.
Edit for clarity:
After the business’s public response, I want to clarify a few factual points for accuracy.
• I was quoted a 3–5 business day turnaround, which was exceeded.
• At no time was a Wix prototype, staging site, or temporary build discussed or approved. The Wix site was presented as the delivered work.
• Only after I expressed dissatisfaction was I told the site could be built on Shopify.
• The refund was not issued immediately and required a follow-up before being processed.
• After confirmation of the refund, my Facebook page was blocked, ending communication.
I initially chose not to include these details, but since the response contains information that does not reflect what occurred, I’m adding this clarification for transparency.

We need to clarify one key point: the Wix site was provided as a prototype/staging version to quickly confirm the structure and design direction. It was not intended as a final switch away from Shopify. If this was not communicated clearly, we regret the misunderstanding.
The first version is always a starting framework and normally gets refined through feedback and final content/assets. We did not receive the full list of requested changes and the final materials needed to move to the next iteration.
We still wanted to resolve this fairly, and we have issued a refund. If you’d like to discuss next steps or have any remaining questions, please contact us with your project details and we’ll respond promptly.

I love their patience with me. I'm not a very tech savvy person. Eve site carefully walked me through the process of any additions that I needed to make on the site. They came up with the very vision of what I wanted, I'm talking colors, ideas and simplicity. They give great quality at an affordable rate. Their response was just as they said.
