I ordered the Stranger Things Holly Wheeler Jacket on 12/2 and it STILL says “waiting for details”. I have contacted customer support and I have not received a response. I will dispute this now with PayPal. This place is a SCAM
I placed my $129 order on 11/29/202 . On12/24/2025, I have received an email from Eve Suiting telling me my package was on hold by courier due to Chrismas Holidays but there is no tracking number. Until now I still have not receiving my package. I have sent multiple emails but again no reply from Eve Suiting.
My Harry Styles blue twill jacket was made to spec from what provided! Everything was done in excellent detail right down to the color choice.

I ordered 2 jackets and they sent me only 1 at first. The second one arrived after 3 MONTHS even though they say on site 15/20 days as delivery time. 2 deliveries 2 customs costs charges. The second arrived with an internal tear of the lining.After a big mailing fight we discovered that there was a cut under the way bill form attached to the plastic bag. A likely courier fault and not about them or producers.STILL waiting for the refund of repairing costs and customs costs as concurred at the purchase act to improve my opinion.Uncomfortable situation . As a tenacious lawyer I was ready to defend my rights as client but we reached a compromise. fast answering from customer care.

You ordered two jackets, and we sent the first one for you to check the fit and size before shipping the second. We also promised to cover the customs cost for the second jacket. However, you mentioned the lining was torn, which is unlikely since the jacket passed our quality check before shipping. This issue likely occurred during transit, so please visit your FedEx office and ask for a complaint number so we can address the problem further.
In your emails, you mentioned customs costs and delivery charges for returning the jacket. Given the significant discount we provided, offering a genuine leather jacket for just $107, it is not feasible for us to cover these additional costs. If you still wish to return the jacket, please ship it back to our address at your expense, and we will process your refund. Alternatively, if you choose to keep the jacket, we will cover the customs fees for you.

I bought 2 jackets but when I got them I found several defects and after fighting for a while they decided for a refund! they didn t pay me customs costs ( not mentioned in the site ). Besidesthe refund was cut for about 11€! At last I have not received a good service because of the tailor costs of 45€ that I had to face! As first purchase I thought much better! disappointing! I have just read your answer ! you are liars! I paid 35€ as customs costs you never mentioned and you stole 11€ from the refund plus 45€ for fix you jacket That means I spent 91 €!!!!!! I BASICALLY BOUGHT THEM after this price because the original lrice was 102,68 !!!!besides I read about some other client who is very angry about you! Your customer care is not fair at all.. and not truthful at all! I hope nobody could buy anything from you

We have refunded your total amount without asking you to return the jackets. According to our policy, customers are required to ship the parcel back for a refund, but we have made an exception in your case, allowing you to keep the jackets at no cost. The damage occurred during shipping, and we have pictures of the jackets before they were sent to you. Please refrain from creating any misunderstandings for other customers.
