Too expensive
After going through the entire procedure, it turned out that we had to pay €78 per person. In hindsight, this was ridiculously expensive, and there are other sites that offer the same thing for much less.

Great Service but overcharged
I failed to complete and provide documentation; I received notifications quickly and was able to complete the application on the day I first applied. Howeverr, I have just found out I was applying through a private company instead of the UK.Govt site and as a result have been overcharged - very annoyed
