Had a charge of £114 from this company. Can only imagine they impersonate the official US visa site as it said I was being charged $21. I was booking an ESTA to take my child for medical treatment. I... See more

Had a charge of £114 from this company. Can only imagine they impersonate the official US visa site as it said I was being charged $21. I was booking an ESTA to take my child for medical treatment. I cannot go on their website as my phone security blocks it so no way to contact them. Am having to dispute via Amex instead
Mistakingly used Evisafee to begin with, but they came good!
Similarly to the previous review I also made the mistake of not going through the direct govt website and was initially overcharged by this company. However, after informing them that I was not happy they immediately acted and only took payment for the ESTA itself ($21). For this I commend them for doing the right thing, however I will also say my ESTA arrived within 2 hrs so if if speed and support is what you seek then perhaps they are the right people to use!!
Evisafee
So, I initially booked my esta through these guys in error. The website has a very similar URL to the official site aswell as a very similar landing page. When you fill out the details it redirects you to the official page and brings you back to their page for payment. I hadn't even realised I was on a third party page. Like many of the reviews I was completely over charged on the fee. So I then managed to figure out the site via the payment reference which was their site so I sent an email straight over as obviously I didn't want to pay the service fee especially as it wasn't needed. And to give them credit they responded within 24 hours and adjusted the payment and I was only charged for the ESTA at cost price, which to be frank I wasn't expecting. So as much as I disagree with the services they seem to be very honourable in that sense. That's why I'm giving a good review because I panicked so much once I realised what happened then to get it resolved instantly made me relax
Scam- please avoid
Thank god my bank stopped the charge and alerted me to the fraudulent charge I was about to make. Unbelievable this is the top Google search result, an absolute scam.
Totally rip off / scam
I too have just fallen for this outrageous scam. Paying 7 times the cost of an ESTA. My question is will they actually get me a genuine ESTA or is the whole thing a scam start to finish?
I cannot believe Google and the US govt allows this company to get away with this
Scam website
Scam website
Charged me $139 for a visa that should have been $21
The thing is the website looks so legit and it’s the first one that comes up. How can google let this happen? How many others have fallen for this?
Now I have to pay another $21 to get a real ESTA
Avoid EVISAFEE
Sadly, I also fell for this and have paid £111 for an ESTA. I am not certain if it is valid.
Feel completely used.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Like others that required an ESTA, I thought that this was an official site. I was subsequently charged £110 for a $21 transaction. I have tried to contact them directly but have yet to receive a response. Please refund my order.
This is a con
This is a con. The Visa fee is $21. I got caught by this copy cat site and it cost me an extra $100.
SCAMMER SITE!
My holiday company sent me a email and…
My holiday company sent me a email and a link to apply for ESTA , which all looked official. To my surprise when I went to pay for it, I thought it was strange I couldn’t see how much. My bank messaged me and stopped the payment £110.08 and then my bank phoned me. I have been onto my holiday company this morning and they are looking into it. Rather worried they sent me that link, so I have now applied through the British government website and got the correct link and was charged 21 dollars.
This is a scam
This is a scam. It is true that the fine print tells you that "This website is managed by ETAS TRAVEL LEGAL, a licensed U.S. Law Firm. This website is NOT affiliated with any United States governmental agency", but it is the first result that comes up when you search for "travel visa to the US", and the form filled is the official one. I only realised something was wrong when a) I got my VISA approved and it said it cost $21.00 (I paid €139.08), and my husband, who did it on the official website, also had paid the lower amount. The super duper fine print at the bottom of the form tells you this: "This website is NOT affiliated with any United States governmental agency. Our platform provides step-by-step assistance to ensure applications are complete and accurate. Our service and fees are optional. Applicants can apply directly at esta.cbp.dhs.gov".
I have just been scammed by this site…
I have just been scammed by this site for 2 visa applications. My bank sent the payment through. Charged 4 x the price for 2 Estas. I have asked for my money back.
Fraud EVISAFEE.COM
Last step in ESTA application - payments, Westpac bank warns "Fraud website" I just Escape and bank onthe spot blocked my card and issues a new card. instead of US $21 payment EVISAFEE charge US $139 . Bank save me.
Scam?
You only find out who you are dealing with after submitting but I feel stupid for not checking the website better as I thought I was dealing with a US agency. US$139 for something that should have cost $21 and I paid for two visas. I’ve written emails to them and received a reply a couple of hours later that I’d only have to pay the $21. PS a few days ago the original (pending) amount charged to my creditcard had gone and instead was charged the $21. Still a dodgy company I reckon.
I have just been scammed by this site
I have just been scammed by this site, paying ten times the actual fee for a US visa.
Update: Evisafee have issued me a full refund.
I had no idea I was getting my ESTA…
I had no idea I was getting my ESTA from a third party website. They charged me 120 dollars for a 21 dollar service. Is this legal?
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
ESTA Fraud!
I searched for how to get a visa for travelling to the states and this was first on the Google list, sponsored and said it was ‘US Immigration’.
Only realised after that I’d been foolish and the charged me $121 instead on the $21. I emails to complain and got a response within hours to say I’d only get charged the $21…..so don’t think ‘oh well, I’ve been had’, complain and don’t pay it.
Dishonest and devious!
Dishonest
When searching for a way to get an ESTA I don’t expect some dishonest business to masquerade as a Government agency.
Whoever you are you deserve something nasty to happen to you. I hope life gives you what you deserve you fraudulent liars
