I applied for an express visa

I applied for an express visa. I expected to receive my visa within 24 hours, but I received it within 24 business hours. The website and emails state 24 business hours, but for those unfamiliar with the process, it actually means 3 business days. Apparently, there are 8 business hours in each business day, making it a total of 3 business days. I think 3 business days would have been more logical instead of 24. But I'm still satisfied. Other than that, we had no communication issues, and they were helpful in every way.

I used evisasalbania.com thinking it…

I used evisasalbania.com thinking it was the official site for Albania visa applications. It is NOT.
They took my money, then requested a random document (Sworn Affidavit) that is not listed anywhere in their general requirements.
When I questioned it, they refused to process my visa and gave me a generic rejection reason. No refund was offered.
Communication is poor and evasive. They just take your money and blame you for their hidden rules.
Stay away. Use the actual official website to avoid being tricked.
