Your customer service is absolutely deplorable. I contacted your team to verify the authenticity of a creatine product purchased from a retailer. A representative requested information about the batch, which I provided immediately. However, I was then repeatedly contacted for additional details, without any real progress.
After nearly a month of back-and-forth and despite several follow-ups on my part, I never received a clear answer to my initial request. I’m not sure whether your process was meant to provide a response or conduct an investigation, but the result is the same: a completely inefficient customer service experience.
Given such a lack of professionalism and organization, I’ve decided I will no longer purchase your products. You clearly need significant improvements in customer satisfaction.
