Attentive and prompt service. Polite and patient.

Gary was very helpful with my loan

went through all their ridiculous approval instructions including allowing them access to my PRIVATE banking received first call from lady who looked at my bank while i was on hold only to be told someone would ring me back to finalise the loan next day received call from a man who did all the security checks just to make an appointment to ring back in 2 hours after he had scrutinised my bank records so told him NOT TO BOTHER as the lady had already gone through my account the day before so told him to cancel my application
the whole application is obviously made so only really desperate people get loans from the
i will point out that even though its impossible to contact them by phone (even though it tells you to) the staff are extremely polite
