I ordered a headrest that was explicitly advertised as compatible with all Tesla models. The headrest that was delivered is only for Model 3 and Y, not for my Model S. The shop is refusing to accept a return and is just dragging things out. I will never order from them again.
They have make mistake in the invoice, don't want to change as they use another supplier.
Still have no new about my order (1-2 days order preparation + 2-3 days delivery) after 15 days, they still saying "check you email"
I beleive it is a fake site and lost 550€.
