Worth his weight in gold
Phil has decades of experience in sports massage. He is able to detect imbalances in the body from the moment you walk in the door and then fix them so that you are pain free and Mobile and able to go about your daily life.

Had a problem with my back and it…
Had a problem with my back and it turned out to be my right hand glute.
After extensive needing and massage (sometimes really painful 😬) and with some stretching instructions, after 2 x sessions, my back is now fine and if I feel it twinge, I can treat it myself.
Excellent treatment and Phil is a really nice guy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team at Evolution Therapy are brilliant. They don't just give you a massage and then let you go, they give you tailored treatment after assessing your issues and then give you aftercare advice on how to prevent further injuries.
