I have ordered my furniture 4 weeks back, still not delivered. The staff is highly unprofessional once you booked with them. Inspite of daily followup and continuous calls even with their owner, no help.

Awful Experience – Defective Product & Terrible Customer Service

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I purchased [furniture item] and received a defective product. From the moment I reached out to customer service, it was a nightmare. The response was slow, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of my concerns.

After several attempts to resolve the issue, I was either ignored or told that there was nothing they could do. The product was clearly faulty from the start, but instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they left me dealing with the problem on my own. The lack of communication and care is honestly appalling.

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a company, and I will never order from them again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs unless you want to deal with poor quality products and worse customer service.

Average designs, unreasonable prices.
I visited 3 stores of Evok across Delhi NCR. Unfortunately, I found the designs to be very basic. We can bet better designs at Ghitorni market. Also, the premium that they charge for a branded shop is extremely high. There is no real product differentiator. It is better to buy from Ghitorni or Kirti Nagar as you get full control over the quality of wood, the fabric and design. Additionaly, you can customize the size based on the measurements of your home if you buy from a local shop.

If you do not have time and want to buy a standardised product at a premium, this could be your option.

Post 2 years u will see the product have faults. U end up paying again to fix.

Most unprofessional business I have come across in my life. It has been two+ months with 75+ phone calls from my side to their customer care but no one cares. Neber buy anything from this most ridiculous brand.

Scam. If you don’t like your item they won’t take it back. You must keep it. They will offer 10% of what you paid as a refund maybe 20% if you beg and keep sending emails. Worst experience ever. Prepare for them to take money from your credit card and never give it back.

This items are really febulous. I really like these items...

No wonder why evok has poor customer experience. The customer care support call/chat is useless. One you stuck buying something you will regret. The customer agent doesn’t not treat you as customer. On top of that very poor online buying experience, pretty sure they don’t have any engineer team to handle online orders.

Dear Evoke Team

I purchased an arthur sofa in Feb 2020 which was delievered in early March 2020. It was of leatherite material. At time of purchase, we were assured by the salesman that it will last a life time. But in two years the leathrite or Rexine has started peeling off on its own. It seems to be a very substandard material.
Two years is too less a duration for such a peeling off to take place even for local sofas what to talk of a brand like Evoke
When we contacted customer care, we were told that your warranty was for one year only and you have to pay for repair now. When we contacted the concerned person, He accepted that there are complaints coming for this kind of sofas but he said that it will be a paid work and he detailed the work which is almost equivalent to replacing whole sofa. (altohugh he has not provded us any estimate till date after almost 5 days of compalint)
That clearly means Evoke a subisdary of reputed brand like Hindware is selling or making items with substandard material .

I am not only disheartened but shocked.

Evok only has appealing looks, materials used are the worst I've ever seen and they have no durabilty even when we are taking extreme care in using them they become out of shape. Materials used are brittle and slightly harder than thick cardboards.

We received a substandard product a month after its scheduled delivery. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and the employees were absolutely unhelpful. Evok is a fraud company at this point. Their fall from grace became obvious to us as even we- dedicated customers from the past 10 years- were treated like crap. Our function was ruined because of the sofa they couldn't deliver. Even when they did deliver it, it was a substandard product. Shame

This whole company is a disaster, already from the first minute of purchasing online. You don't get any confirmation Mail but the money they take directly, delivery takes ages and then in the end they deliver a product which doesn't even look a little bit like what was ordered. The wood was completely different, had big scratches everywhere, parts were missing and bad quality! Returning the bed took a huge effort and we are still waiting for the refund. The customer care is completely useless, they just ignore and don't care. This is the worst buying experience I have ever made in my life. Please never ever buy from there!

We have purchased lot of furniture from evoke couple of months ago we lodged a complaint through customer care for the dressing table purchased from evoke but we neither received a service call nor the complaint was attended by the evoke service staff we were even willing to pay for the repairs but the after sale service of evoke in Lucknow is very very poor No body attends to the service requests in evoke Lucknow.

BIG time cheat. worst furniture. No service at all. do not buy even if they give free of cost.

Caution, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.THEY SUPPY DAMAGED AND INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND DO NOT BOTHER TO EVEN LISTEN TO YOU OR TALK TO YOU.

In continuation to my earlier review, I have finally received the service on replacement chair against the faulty product and also they have done polish of the complete set of dining table. I am happy that all necessary action and support were given against my complaint and closed.
