I bought a EVOline Port double USB Charger Type-AC from the company. the product is good, and arrived on time.

But the after service is shocking. I received a bill from Fedex for £64.07 import tax. There was no mention of this additional charge on the website, or when I paid for the product despite paying for Shipping - €34,00, Fee for PayPal - €18,17 and Country Surcharge. EU small - €16,40 all on top of the prize quoted.

When I contacted them about this, the response was "We do not handles these, since we have no knowledge about those in your specific country."

So be careful, the product ends up costing a LOT more then the original £250 euros shown on the web site.

I feel ripped off!

Product was great until it developed a fault. Evoline won’t supply spares citing that it is a factory fit only part. My electrician states that it’s a 10 minute job to replace the module which makes for an environmentally unsustainable product.

The paint came right off by using some masking tape on my super expensive power socket with all the bells and whistles.

So extremely frustrated with the lack of ownership and remedy for such a seemingly premium product.

Not recommended.

Very disappointed by the after sales of this. The reseller would not engage after having a faulty product and then Evoline would not resolve the issue. All I wanted was a functional product, but I couldn't even get that let alone a refund!
