Samsung Evollis may give you some emotions with the diagnostic of the phone, especially waiting for a good outcome. Trade-in experiences were fast only one a bit confusing but solved quite fast. Samsung assistance was really good. Communication and responsiveness is very important and appreciated. All good, Samsung Evollis!

Rented a Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra back in 2022, I returned it after 2 years with some small scratches on the screen, and on the edges. And they didn't charge me anything for reparations ! 10/10
For the customer service part, you cannot contact them by phone, everything goes through mails, they usually respond the next day, and I are pretty understanding and helpful. 8/10

Will never lease from them again
When I returned my telephone after the lease period they determined that the rear facade was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. This repair costs about €60 according the the Samsung website. They charged me €450 for the repair - this is the price of a refurbished phone of the same model! I paid over €1200 during my lease. This is unacceptable!

This is so depressing for me!
Evollis sent me an email that they will charge me €400 for the reason that they received back the phone with damage. THAT’S TOTALLY A LIE!!! EVOLLIS IS A SCAM!
Now they wanted to get more and more even thought they got the phone in a perfectly good as new condition.
If anyone has same issue, can you please contact me? I think it’s best we all make a complaint against this company.
