Interaction at placing order was interrupted by cutoff. As I called back new operator told me to wait for the original one to call back but then I had to call back and start aftershocks with new operator.

Immediate call back with quote, and delivery was picked up and arrived where it needed to be perfectly that afternoon.

This was the first time I have used Evo Logistics as a same-day courier, and will definitely not be the last.

From booking the delivery to the parcel arriving at its destination, everything was faultless.

The job was booked online via their very simple to use booking system, and on receiving a quote number I called to confirm the job. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and asked if there were any specific way the package had to be handled or if there were any hazards involved - all questions that reassured me that they knew what they were doing and wanted to get my parcel to its destination in one piece!

Once the job was booked, I was sent an invoice within 10 minutes, paid, and the parcel was collected within an hour.

The parcel was loaded into a small van, placed on a blanket and strapped into place so it would not move. The utmost care was taken by the delivery driver. It then departed the premises and was delivered in the same condition it had left over the course of its 2 hour journey.

For this service, Evo Logistics are not a "cheap" option. However the ease of booking a job, the care of the parcel and swift delivery far surpasses any of the "major" UK carriers.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them again. Highly professional and clearly care for their customer's packages.
