One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is non-existent. They do not call you back and respond to simple questions and requests for assistance.

Crossword Clue Solver (crosswordsolver(dot) org) says it is operated and owned by Ash Young, founder of Evoluted Web Design. It used to be a good site but now it has some unpleasant "click bait" on it.
Evoluted are a Certified B Corporation supposedly with high standards. Not in this case

This review is no reflection on the PR team or SEO team that have worked on my main website.

To be fair I could have wrote the same 1 star service review on my other website at least 10 times over the past 5 years and that would be a fair reflection on what has occurred. This is my last resort, before taking the next legal steps.

Paid for a website in 2017, yes 2017! And it's still not live! Told other agencies this and they thought I was joking / exaggerating.

Mess up, after mess up by multiple individuals. Series of apologises from Directors etc and they then send me across what can only be described as an abomination (NOT THE FOR THE FIRST TIME).

I would not put any trust in getting a website developed by Evoluted that is either of quality or in a realistic time frame. You unfortunately would just be left very angry, out of pocket and trapped.

Not once have they offered to financially compensate for their series of errors, despite at least owning them (most of the time).

You have 7 working days to sort this out, before I claim loss of earnings through the legal system.

Evoluted took over from our previous web developer so we have only recently started working with them. They have already gone above and beyond what was asked of them in the initial brief.

Always quick to respond to email requests and work is completely quickly.

We've worked with Evoluted for a number of years, they have produced a number of websites for our publishing company. All have been great successes.

The advice provided by Evoluted has been spot on, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Evoluted are incredibly approachable, they don't blind with jargon but understand our needs and deliver to our requirements. I would definitely recommend them, plus they provide excellent fresh coffee at their office!

We have been using Evoluted for the past few months and have been really impressed with how good they are. So much so that we have asked them to redesign our existing website and build three additional sites, along with linking our listings through to Amazon and Ebay.
