Manupulation Found on Live Casino Tables

I Have been playing evolution in many platforms for last 6 years. Dec 2023 i found a GLITCH in all their Poker tableswhere there is a 2 Step Betting Process. They Were Accepting Funds in the Step 1 and Many times rejecting the 2nd Bet from their server and irrespective of the outcome of hand , they would take away Step 1 Money ,

I Raised the concern multi times with the platform who inturn shared me reports from evolution saying it was my internet connection error. Later i started recording video and kept 2 tables live while playing so i could show them that 1 table is working fine and still other table is rejecting bet , concluding the fact that it wasnt my internet , but their system glitch .

They Reverted saying that i was forcing their UI /UX to get distorted by playing on multiple tables . and ehat its a unique issue that in entire world , only i am facing noone else .

I Then started making videos for single table . i found the same error on single table as well , and shared the same , now they say that because you had previously SHIFTED from 1 table to another , hence the Error is there and we cant help it

in all Cases they have TAKEN Away STEP 1 Money with Error on STEP 2 . Can Someone tell if am doing anything wrong or i can easily conclude that they are FRAUD ?

Also If Any Gaming Authorities and platforms are reading this , please see how you can put BAN on such fraud practices.

What a joke of a company, I don't understand how the get away with it. They will take all your money, in the beginning you will win, but after they see you are hooked, they will empty your bank account. Wish this company can be shut down. But luckily the wheel turn, they will get their days.

I recently had a big win with a Online Casino (PokerBet Casino), licensed in Curacao and under Casiwrox in games powered and provided by SoftGamings (Evolution-Netent).
It is more than a month that this Casino is using excuse not to pay me saying that it is fault of the provider (SoftGamings) which does not finish the checks on the legitimacy of the winnings.
To specify that I am a fully verified player, had provided all the necessary documentation and played fairly as I would not to anything bad and compromise my luck.
Additionally I have tons of evidence in sustain of what I’m saying.
I have almost lost hopes and despite several emails to different departments of SoftGamings I did not receive any reply. Their chat live even close the chat in my face without replying.

I hope they will reconsider their operate and will take an action on this not legit situation.

intersting stat is my bet rate success when playing funky time when betting less than half my balance is 67.3%.

When my bet is over 50% of my balance it goes down to 17.5%.

They clearly track you and when you loose control and bet big they absoutely cheat you.
