My own personal case was extremely messy as I had separated from my wife several years previously and already paid her out as part of a separation agreement - she had however re-registered with Land Registry and wanted a second pay out.

Evolve and Robin were recommended to me and we set up a first meeting. Obviously the whole process is extremely worrying and very stressful and while it wasn't necessarily always what I wanted to hear Robin was very honest and provided all the relevant warnings about what could be from the outset, just as he should.

Since then he (and later Sarah) have carried out this case for me over the last year.

Robin, in particular was extremely challenging in dealing with my ex-wife's lawyers and pushed back continually rather than just give in to demands. We had meetings throughout the whole process and I was always in a position of understanding what could take place.

He is professional and extremely tenacious when he needs to be and while there were bumps in the road we got through it.

There are obviously unavoidable costs throughout, however I believe that with Robin's determination to get a result we got there in the end. I would not hesitate to use Robin if you are facing such stressful times.

Selecting a family law firm to guide you through the difficult process of divorce is not easy. After some considerable thought and research, I landed on Evolve and I’m glad I did. Whilst my circumstances were not as fraught as they might have been, Debra and her colleagues acted promptly and professionally throughout. I used Robin Charrot to help in a family member's divorce proceedings and a deed of trust that had been written. He was extremely helpful and gave very good guidance on how my particular problem could be resolved. He got back to all emails very quickly and compared to lawyers in London his fees were very reasonable. The support staff I dealt were very efficient and I would highly recommend the firm.

We recently used Evolve Family Law to assist us with potentially making some changes to our wills. Chris spent some time with us explaining the options and implications and ensured we were comfortable with any new requirements. He constantly checked for understanding and comprehensively answered all our questions. His professionalism and friendly manner gave us reassurance and confidence and was invaluable in our decision making. We contacted Evolve Family Law during late afternoon of Friday 8th March regarding making Mirror Wills. Consultant Solicitor Chris Strogen phoned me back later that afternoon. With two solicitors on the case, there was always someone available to offer support, guidance, and a quick response to matters as they arose. Sadly, due to the nature of the case, it went all the way to a final hearing; however, Ellie prepared a fantastic and incredibly comprehensive case bundle for the court (even the District Judge complemented it) that helped the case to proceed smoothly and conclude better than I had hoped for. Eluned did a fantastic job of managing the various hearings up to that point; doing her best to negotiate an amicable solution despite bail conditions prohibiting mediation and the other party not always having legal representation. Eluned was clearly well respected by the court and I always felt confident in her representation. She liaised with an array of relevant parties including CAFCASS, Police, CPS, local authority intervention workers, clinicians, and schools, to ensure all available evidence was presented to the court for their consideration. After the case was handed over to council, Ellie attended court to support the barrister and was a great comfort in the room.

It was an online divorce and financial settlement,we shared the same solicitor who couldn't advise us individually but as we were both of one mind in what we wanted, it all went along very well.
We had a few online meetings with both of us attending, emails were transparent to all party's so no hidden surprises. Evolve handled all the online process. and we were informed when the next stage was to happen.
It did take longer than we had anticipated, we started in March and the we were finally divorced in October,
Initially we were handed over from one solicitor to another who has experience in this style of divorce.
So a slight delay took place there.
