I recently instructed Evolve Law for my part exchange with a developer.

My case was well managed by Laura Mumford.
Her level of professionalism and customer service was truly amazing, communication was on point and despite I’m not the only case it certainly felt like she’s found a balance in her work style to always successfully move things forward every day.

She is very thorough and has an eye for attention, which is highly desired in these situations. She’s picked up information that even my previous solicitors/conveyancer did not.

Laura is super organised and knows how to stay on top of everything.
Not only going that but provides very clear instructions when needed and extremely capable of meeting deadlines given.

She’s also lovely to talk to over the phone with great understanding. Compared to other conveyancer I’ve dealt with which has no interest in my questions or input. Laura has answered all my questions and I feel she’s keen to learn, along with providing the most sensible outcome.

Through my many careers, experiencing all sorts of roles. I can tell Laura has a focused and dedicated work ethic. She is a true asset to any company that has her. I’d be using the firm and requesting for her in my future house selling/purchases.
Or any other type of solicitation she’s able to accommodate.

I cannot speak highly enough about Laura Mumford, at Evolve Law. Buying and selling a property is arguably one of the most stressful things in life, but we knew we were in excellent hands with Laura right from the off.

Laura came highly recommended to us by some friends who she had helped, and so we reached out to her. She has been super proactive from the start, and even called us to have an intro phone call, explain the process and clarify any questions we had. The other stand out thing was that the whole way through, she was so easy to contact, always returned our called and messages and was proactive with all the communication - we appreciated this so much!

Unfortunately we ran into some complications with our chain, but Laura was the pillar of stability and calm through it all - keeping us updated, and providing excellent advice.

The last two times I bought a house, I felt like I needed to constantly email the solicitor to get updates and find out what was going on. We just completed on our sale and purchase today and all I can say is that the experience was the polar opposite. Our chain was quite long, and we had multiple updates from Laura throughout the day, and given our experience working with her through the whole process, I knew we were in good hands - so didn’t even feel the need to contact her for updates as I knew she had it all under control.

I’ll say again, I cannot speak highly enough about Laura. She’s an absolute gem, I hope those at Evolve Law know how lucky they are to have her! If and when we ever buy property again, we will definitely be back in contact with her as I don’t think anyone else can live up to the bar she has set!

My experience of this company is only bad, they don’t answer emails or phone calls from my solicitors, even one of the directors has ignored my email!! They even told the agent to stop calling them. They have been delaying deliberately for nearly 2 months to date and we’re now in danger of losing the house we want to buy. This is now starting to cost me a lot of money so will be billing them for my time and expenses.

I actually can't explain how AMAZING, CLEAR, ACCESSIBLE AND KIND EVOLVE LAW HAVE BEEN. Chloe Eckersley was our lawyer and went out of her way to help us at all moments. I would recommend her over and over again and if we sell in the future I will use Evolve Law ( and hopefully Chloe again....that im assuming will be Partner by that point because she is the crem de la crem).
The price for the service we received was absolutely worth it. You het provided with an app that gives you a checklist. That app is brilliant. You know exactly where you stand at all times, you know whats outstanding, how long intil exchange ect....it means that by the time you speak to the lawyer, which was always EASY TO BOOK. you know what to discuss.
Everything abput this experience with Evolve has been 5 stars and honestly if I could give more, I would.

Last minute I had to switch solicitors, as a first-time buyer the experience was so confusing. Chloe. E was A-M-Azing!! She picked up my case so efficiently, explained everything to me and kept thing moving as if there was no interruption at all. Her communication was swift and clear. Again as a first-time buyer i had no idea what i was doing ,and no questions was too silly for her. I would recommend Chloe to anyone! Huge thank you to her for seeing my purchase over the line!

Suzette and her team were fantastic and despite a few challenges in the process, everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. I had a great experience with Evolve Law , it was my first time buying a property and they talked through every step of the way and were always available to talk to on the phone. They responded to emails immediately and updated me regularly and also via an app which was easy to navigate. Excellent communication throughout, taking time to explain systems and processes. Laura often got back to me the same day but always got back to me within 24 hours which I really valued during what is an incredibly stressful process.

Just before our time-sensitive exchange, the solicitor responsible for our case went away for a few days without informing us or anyone else in the office. Despite our making it clear that the deal could fall through if it didn't move ASAP, there were inexcusable delays (e.g., it took them 2 months to forward an email).
Aside from that, they were good, though the seller's solicitors did complain Evolve's questions were repetitive and excessive. A shame the process ended up being extra stressful because Evolve couldn't communicate clearly and in a timely manner.

Amazing from start to finish. We were supported throughout the process with professional, expert service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
