I have been dealing with Louis who I must say has been soo helpful, answering all my questions and being extremely patient whilst managing the required paperwork
A true gentleman, credit to the company!

So good to know I am dealing with someone who values GDPR and regulations
Definitely added to the level of customer satisfaction

Very rude and not help full Louise and…

Very rude and not help full Louise and recruitment department. My application was rejected apparently without going through the application as INCOMPLETE. Felt insulted to apply for being an agent. Rejected my application several times on the pretext that the form has been changed or the application was not complete. When asked which part of the application was not filled in I was told very rudely that page number 3, and when I explained that I was dully filed in I was told to resubmit it with new date on. Louise rejected the application again. I will never recommend anyone to apply for this company as you will feel yourself dumb like me not to able to fill in a simple form, I would not have given a single star for the recruitment department.

Thank you for review, i have checked the process and i can see that the application has been returned on eight occasions after the initial enquiry 01/12/21. on every occasion there was a issue that needed to be corrected. we have to follow this process and if not correct then it will be rejected.
