I would to take this opportunity to…

I would to take this opportunity to give a well deserve thank you to Ann Rick at Evolve Online Tech, she is always eager to help when it's needed most and always and without her advise I would be lost sometimes.

Overall, She is lovely to work with and always look forward to her taking my calls and guiding me through my sale, she is a great asset to and hope that she remains an inspiration to all other TPI.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth, has mentored and supported me throughout the initial teething process which you have with any new learning process and has been there day in day out at the other end of the phone to help me with anything and everything.

It can be quite daunting trying to understand and get to grips with anything new but Elizabeth has made it feel like a strolle in the park. If it wasn't for Elizabeth I think it would have taken me longer to get where I am today.

I believe her patience, drive , desire and most importantly her determination to go all out and support brokers does not only deserve a Blue Peter's Badge but a massive pay rise.

As a broker partner for Evolve

As a broker partner for Evolve, customer service is really important to me. One of my customers needed the site address changed on their bills and was having issues speaking directly with their energy supplier. Jenna Norman from Evolve managed to get the problem sorted in quick time, well done you, great service!
