I did some research and Looked up the resort to check the offer was actually discounted and it wasn't because of some natural disaster or something. So not that, lol. It is well below standard tarrifs so I grabbed one. Read the terms and conditions though. Promotional conditions apply which is why it is so much cheaper.
My brother booked Malaga through this site last summer and loved the hotel. I just booked Cancun and got the voucher right away. I was a bit worried about why it was so cheap, but did some research and there's plenty of good reviews on the hotel. I gave it a 5 star for price and efficiency on receiving the voucher :) I will review the hotel when I get back from my holiday.
