Great value prices delivered on time but...
Ordering easy. Delivered on time. Can't fault the quality of the items for their intended purpose. Great value. Had difficulty as postcode changed by one digit on the website during the order process, despite amending at the time. Admin sorted this out immediately. Great response. But then you delivered to No26 not No28 as the house number had also changed. Admin/website needs a bit of work. Very happy with products and service.
Update: apology received the following day for picking the wrong number from a postcode list when it was amended. Apology accepted and changed 4 to 5 star review for excellent customer focus. Thanks for listening!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Ordered around 1pm and they arrived the next day! Dollys were incredibly robust, we had two and they effortlessly carried an exceptionally heavy aquarium across uneven slate outdoors and wood flooring indoors leaving no marks whatsoever. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Arrived next working day as advertised. Well packaged. Dollies appear to be strong construction. Although not using at maximum adverised load I am using in potting shed with standard plastic dustbin full of compost. Put under potting bench and can pull out easily as required. Run smoothly on standard wooden shed floor.

Received good quality goods very promptly
Ordered lunchtime and received the goods the next day by lunchtime, what more can you wish for. I was really impressed by the polite and swift response to my purchase. They will definitely be at the top of our list if we need their products again....

Hi Marc - Sorry to hear you're unhappy with this transaction. We despatched your item two working days after receipt of your order last week (as we say we aim to on our website listing). I've just checked the DPD tracking number (which we sent to you on Friday, along with your VAT receipt), and see that the parcel is due to be delivered to you on Monday. It sounds as though this is going to be later than you'd hoped. If this it the case, please refuse the delivery when DPD call, the parcel will be returned to us, and we'll issue a full refund.
UPDATE - item arrived with customer three working days after receipt of his order. During a phonecall, he confirmed he still wanted the skate and would keep it.
