Never again

Previous deliveries were great , I was unaware until I eventually received the item , they printed 5 instead of 6 on the label, a nightmare to retrieve parcel
EVRI expected me to knock on the doors in the neighbour hood to see where the parcel was left .
The occupants that got the parcel by mistake actually went on Facebook to trace my surname and got through to my son !!!!
Never again will I order items on line , can’t take the anxiety

one of those brainless people keeps on…

one of those brainless people keeps on leaving my neighbours' parcels in front of my doors when they're out, without even knocking!
From today I started chucking them in the bin, let's see how many missing parcels takes to stop this nonsense!

Having bought an item off eBay I…

Having bought an item off eBay I awaited delivery; Got an email informing me the item had been delivered, an image of my parcel was attached, it had not been delivered to my address and I did not recognize the place it had been left, I went to my next door neighbour and there it was!, the driver may have passed my door which has a large number on it, nothing in the front garden to obstruct the view, she is either blind and missed the obvious, or she got fed up of dealing with parcel delivery, it is a lousy job, usually low paid, I know as I've done it myself, without being tempted to dump and go!.
eBay sellers are attracted to Evri for some reason, ask before buying from them.

Hopeless

I booked a parcel in for collection Thursday 13th Feb 2025. No one called to collect. No communication and no way to speak to a person to see what happens next. No one called Friday 14th. I had to log in and rebook for collection today Saturday 15th. No one came to collect no communication received. I have stayed in for 3 days. No one to help or care. Time for a name change again as the old Hermes service is back.

Parcel was delivered to our door

Parcel was delivered to our door, my husband and I watched the courier then pick up the parcel and walk away. My husband shouted "stop bring it back"- he just put it in his car and drove off. According to Evri my parcel has been delivered, delayed and will be delivered next working day, looking into it and now no response to any of my communications. Am I wrong to assume the courier has stolen my parcel? How on earth do I sort it out?

Still BAD as ever Doing there quick
Get rid of as quick as possable and scarper
No ring the doorbell? Give the Customer there Order ?
With them Still as bad as they ever were ?
Dont know why companys Public use them
Say they delivered youre order but it Disappears ?

The worst company that can exist is…

The worst company that can exist is EVRI and Hermes. (EDIT: I just found out that the company HERMES is now EVRI, now everything is explained!!!) EVRI says they tried to deliver, but they didn't. They say they'll try a second time and a third time, but not once did my intercom ring. I missed work to wait for the order and it wasn't delivered, and they also don't leave it at the collection point, which is actually right next to my house. Adidas didn't give me the option to collect it somewhere and the company doesn't provide the option either, which should be at least the minimum right thing to do. THIS COMPANY IS A REAL NIGHTMARE!

Received an email stating received when not received !!

Received an email stating package delivered last night 7 pm
No delivery happened ?! Not in safe place and no where to be seen ! No picture proof of delivery either !
Customer service said in touch within 24hrs but had nothing !!
Blooding disgraceful !
£160 worth of clothes just disappeared ?!
Evril sent email to SHEIN saying delivered yet not delivered so I can’t get refund !
I am going the newspapers about this !!
There’s no picture proof it was delivered !
So where’s my refund. !

Martijn DeLange DOES NOT CARE about the fact his delivery drivers ILLEGALLY TRESPASS and ENTER YOUR PROPERTY and takes a photo of your parcel on the breakfast bar leaving the door open having NOT KNOCKED OR RUNG THE DOORBELL when you are in the toilet, your dog in the property and could of escaped BUT the real big one is that your mum who has alzheimers was in the house also!!!!

I updated delivery for my parcel to be left at THE BACK DOOR as I was popping during the delivery time window. I came back within time and was in my downstairs toilet. Chris took it upon himself to ENTER MY PROPERTY without knocking or ringing the door bell!! He entered THE SIDE DOOR and entered my kitchen and placed my parcel on MY KITCHEN BREAKFAST BAR!!! I have a dog who also could of escaped and my mum has alzheimers. This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I want Chris fired immediately. How dare you just enter someones property and not even knock or ring the door bell also after NOT EVEN reading the delivery instructions which CLEARLY STATED to leave my parcel at THE BACK DOOR!!!! Ie back of the house. Where did my instructions say to enter my property and not ring the doorbell first??? I am shocked disgusted and also had a visit from my neighbour to say he had parked his white car across their driveway opposite mine and blocked them from being able to leave their property! Who the hell is Chris and WHY did you employ him!? I suggest you dismiss him immediately before I take the matter to the police and financial Ombudsman. I look forward to hearing from you in due course and I am expecting monetary compensation.

Firstly, I would like to start by offering my apologies on behalf of EVRi upon hearing that the you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint.

 

I understand your frustration in this matter as I would feel the same if I was in your place.

 

Can I please advise the matter was fully investigated and the courier made a genuine error and advised this was not done deliberately.

 

As previously advised the courier is new to the round and misunderstood the instructions genuine human error for which again I do apologise.

 

I am sorry to advise the courier will not be removed from services as appropriate action has been taken against them.

 

Regrettably we are not a regulated company which means you cannot raise this complaint with any Ombudsmen, however if this is the route you wish to take, I would recommend citizens advise or trading standards.

 

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Worst carrier by far!

Long history of parcels delayed for ages and not delivered at all. Zero customer service, just a very limited option chat bot - and no follow up at all when it says your case has been passed on to someone, and I've requested escalation too many times to count. One missing item, that matches another, is now out of stock, so thanks to Evri I'm now even more disappointed. A truly awful carrier in my area. Even on this trustpilot all they do is post copy and paste replies to the poor feedback and don't even read it properly. I'm disabled and can't use the phone - low and behold, their cold, uncaring auto reply says please call.... so infuriating. Or, your other option is the awful very limed chatbot again! And round and round you go in their incompetent wheel! If you have the same experiences, ask all your retailers to change your carrier like I've done - hit them where it hurts - their profits!!

EVRI Driver could not be bothered to…

EVRI Driver could not be bothered to deliver Amazon package 26/06/2024 - returned it to supplier - this is becomming a 'standard' for EVRI.
The problem is clearly EVRI employs rogue drivers in private vehicles who are not managed properly.

Parcel showing as delivered when blatantly it had not been. Tried their stupid chat to sort it out & the system doesn’t even recognise the postcode. It’s only been live for 20 years.

Hermes/Evri delivery driver left my 2…

Hermes/Evri delivery driver left my 2 large parcels outside my front door for anyone to just take; they never rang the buzzer to my flat, I was in all afternoon. Apparently, they had been sitting their since 3.22pm today. I didn't realise they were delivered until I looked at the tracker on Amazon at 5.30pm. So they were sitting there for over 2 hours. Also, it stated on delivery details that I signed for it; I did not. They only have one job and they can't even seem to do that!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if they want their items to be received or delivered from "a" to "b" and without risk of being stolen.
