Evri delivered only 1 out of 5 orders…
Evri delivered only 1 out of 5 orders on 07/01/2024. I tried to contact customer service through their chat and the phone number provided on the Evri website. They advised me to wait 24 hours for someone from customer service to contact me back. However, I was only contacted after more than a week, on 17/12/2024.
The lady who spoke with me acknowledged their fault and promised to contact their depot as soon as possible and to call me back with updates. Today is 02/01/2024, and I still have not been contacted, nor have I received my missing orders. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them directly. The contact options on their website (contact-us page) only allow you to interact with a chatbot or callbot, which provides information that the package was delivered. There is no option to leave a voicemail or escalate the issue to investigate why I still haven't received my orders or a callback.
This is the first time I have encountered such a situation where a customer is unable to properly contact a company. I plan to contact the authorities about this matter this week, as I don’t know what else I can do to receive my missing orders. This is definitely fraudulent behavior on Evri's part.
Items weren't delivered
Items weren't delivered - ordered 7 weeks prior to Xmas and still no shipping notification. Have contacted them twice (quite responsive) but no sign of that shipping notification yet!

Even my parcel has been directed to be deliver to one of they pickup points, they have failed and decided to send my parcel back to the sender
I have tried to contact them many times by email and requested a call back. Firstly they never called me back and they just reply to my email like a robot with a same response " your parcel its send back to the sender its gonna take up to 7 days"
Its been more than 25 days and still no response and my parcel its still pending back to the sender
Delivery attempt discrepancy
I received an email stating that my parcel, which was supposed to be delivered today, failed to be delivered. However, the picture included in the email does not match my address. I don’t recognize the proof of attempt photo, and it is not my house. I have made plans to use this delivery for church tomorrow, so it’s important to resolve this issue quickly. I have taken a picture of my address and sent it to evry which I’m sure didn’t go through that’s why I’m doing it on here, to show that it is different from the picture the carrier took as evidence of the attempted delivery. Please look into this and send my delivery on Monday. Thanks

This company is the biggest mistake ever made. Please avoid it with all cost. Better to travel to another country than having the parcels delivered from them. They have my goods that I pay money for and they won't deliver to me. The tracking said theat will be delivered for 20 days now but nothing is happening. Please do not use evry. NEVER NEVER NEVER

This is by far the worst delivery company. The driver will take a photo of the "sorry I missed you..." card which you can see on the app but the reality is they don't leave the card at your property, why, because they have never actually attempted delivery. The just sit in their van and take a picture of the card. They are dishonest as well as unreliable.
