Right cable at the right price
The charging cable, sold at a competitive price, appears well made and as advertised. The facility to order for a specific model of car was helpful as I had previously mistakenly bought a 3 phase cable from another supplier which ambiguously was described as suitable for all electric vehicles.

Good response to my mistake.
I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect cable which I discovered on delivery.The response of the firm was immediate,they sent me a return label to return the cable at no extra charge.Unfortunately they were out of stock of the correct cable but refunded the payment made, by return.
Good firm to deal with.

Great service
Very happy. After being let down by another shop who sold me an out of stock type 2 cable I was never going to get in time I phoned EVwired and they helpfully shipped my order next day in a way that meant I would get it while my charger installation was happening at midday today. It arrived on time and works perfectly.
