I am extremely disappointed with my experience with eWebinar. Not only do they charge extra for basic features like custom domains and email validation, but they also lack integration with the Facebook Conversion API, making it impossible to accurately track conversions following the iOS 14 update. The starting plan may be reasonably priced at $49/month, but if you want to use ads, you'll be forced to pay an additional $99/month for a custom domain. This is outrageous and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, their support team is unresponsive and makes it easy for customers to switch to a different platform. Many users, including myself, are looking for alternatives to eWebinar due to these issues.
Furthermore, the only 5-star review on Trustpilot is from David Dawson, the CTO of eWebinar. This raises red flags about transparency, as it is unethical for a company representative to pose as a satisfied customer. Overall, I do not recommend eWebinar and urge others to consider alternative options.
Makes hosting repeat webinars a breeze. Super easy not like all other services I've tried in this category and very professional. I'm proud to host my brand in this service. Plus their support is helpful and very quick.
