eWheels is on a whole other level when it comes to customer service!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take the time to shout out the incredible team at eWheels for going way above and beyond.

I recently bent my rim on my Veteran Lynx and needed a replacement. They got it out to me so fast it made my entire week, and had me riding this weekend instead of next week/weekend!

Jason is a pillar in the EUC community. Customer service here is world class. If you have a question about anything related you can shoot him an email and you will get an answer. It's invaluable. Another example is when my wheel was lost the owner, Jason, spearheaded the complaint with the Courier and we were able to get me a new wheel.

I purchased a part for my EUC that I did not end up using because it was incompatible with my EUC. The order initially got lost and I asked them to send a replacement or refund. They stated they would issue a replacement within the next few days but they did not until I contacted them again another few days after that. When I got the order it looked like it was run over by a truck, the items had zero packaging material in it, it was shipped in a plain fedex envelope. They charged me $15 to ship a 3oz item fedex ground, it probably cost them $6 or less. After I realized that I could not use the part, I contacted them for a refund. The owner, Jason sent me an email trying to dissuade me from returning the item, stating that I would only get $8 back. I asked him how he came up with $8 and he later told me that they would refund me $20 and would charge me $5 for a "credit card restocking fee". Mind you, everybody knows the credit card processing fee is 3%. When I checked the websites return policy, it stated that there could be a 10% fee for returns. His number of $5 out of a $25 order is 20%. He ignored my last message when I mentioned that his website return policy states a 10% return fee. Clearly he is not only a liar, but cannot even abide by his own company policy. I would never purchase another item from this company again.

Best place to buy EUC in the US. They helped me fix issues with my Lynx promptly and sent free parts.

DO NOT BUY FROM E-Wheels, DESPITE THE LOWER PRICES !!!!

I bought an electric scooter November 2022. I have had 4! Separate fabrication-error-related issues and received an absolutely horrid after-care.

They bounce my warranty issues back to me without dealing with them.

I have provided pictures, they say they have not received. They told me to go to a bike repair shop to get a valve fixed, which they said, was broken due to a puncture, that the scooter turned out not to have. They then said they never told me to go to repair shop.

They have done the same labyrinthian communication with all four issues. Currently they are not dealing with the panel of the front lights wires and electronics being exposed to the weather due to the front panel simply popping off and breaking

Worst is, they will not deal and they also will not deal with the very low battery power which started around six months after purchasing the scooter . They tell me to document it but how on earth am I going to do that? They will not tell me how.

So in short, whether they are just incompetent or are doing this out of shrewdness, they are in breach of several Danish laws. if they are not dealing with it after my last email, I will simply make an official complaint to Forbrugerrådet. I Don’t relish going that direction, I have a very ill child, but I need the scooter to get to her hospital so if I need to, I will.

Ordered a couple parts from them, they emailed me helpful information(with pictures) to install. The package came a day earlier than promised! Ewheels is a great company.

Ordered an EUC with eWheels. My order went swimmingly, my wheel arriving expeditiously. Unfortunately my product failed within a month of purchase. eWheels not only equipped me with everything needed to make repair, but also consistently answered all of my emails during the process. No Questions Asked. I strongly advocate purchasing with eWheels and will do so again in the future.

eWheels has been very accommodating for me. They helped me make changes to my order after it was placed, they've helped me quickly and efficiently with my warranty-related issues, and they're always very nice. They've been good enough that I wanted to seek out ways to let others know, but it looks like I'm not alone!

I have had nothing but good experiences when needing Customer Support from this EUC retailer. I was able to swap my preorder with two quick emails. 10/10 will be doing business here

eWheels is great with products, support and customer service! They're generous, professional and friendly. I If they have the products I'm interested in, I'll definitely be buying from them.

The folks at eWheels are in fact NOT scam artists, and have excellent customer service. I trust them and their business practices. I have been very pleased with the multiple EUCs I've purchased from them, and the service I have received afterward. Recently, I had a controller board go out on one of my wheels, and they still took care of me even though I was technically out of warranty. I did have to pay for the board, but they gave me a discount because they're awesome! If you are buying a Chinese wheel, there is no way you are going to get warranty service in the USA - eWheels provides that for us, and are US customer's best advocates with the manufacturers in China. eWheels is awesome, and I am going to buy a Sherman from them very soon.

I've purchased two unicycles in two years from eWheels. The second one had a serious defect, which they promptly fixed under warranty no charge.

These guys are total scam artists. You have to work hard to find their return policy and it is written in a rather clever way to make it challenging to understand the minute you open a box they send you, it becomes unreturnable.

Lots of people complain Amazon is putting them out of business w low prices and fast delivery of the largest selection of items. But people forget their return policy is fantastic and you only have to be burned once by a company like ewheels on a $1,000 scooter to realize how valuable it is to have a great returns policy.

Please don’t reward these scam artists at ewheels with your money. It will allow them to stay open a little longer and rip off more people before they go under.

Jason was very nice, friendly, responsive and helpful with all my issues

At the same time, the official support did call me back after 3 days of phone requests.
