Site is a complete scam

Site is a complete scam – none of products tests even for gold plating let alone the gold they claim to use.
The Mark 18K is an internationally recognised by the precious metals industry, therefore to use it falsely (as on their jewellery) is fraudulent use as you intent to deceive people by its use.

I have emailed to customer support on more than one occasion requesting to know what your jewellery is actually made out of, and what your gold colouring is. This is vitally important to anyone who suffers from allergies.

I note you are in the USof A so taking you to UK trading standards is a waste of time, but public opinion can be a useful tool.
I am sure you have an equivalent organisation regarding fake claim in the US
