I liked the human support
Seriously, it's rare to find such calm conversations. No "delays due to technical reasons" or anything like that. Once, they even suggested a cheaper way to make a transfer using a different token. That was nice.

I found EX.Financial, read that they have KYC and Brazilian registration, and decided to try it with a small amount.
