Really disappointed with Exante at the…
Really disappointed with Exante at the moment. I went to buy some bars after Christmas and there was a 50% off offer on ‘site wide’ with a code to enter at check out. Which indicates that there is a further 50% off the indicated price when you put the code in at check out. I tried to do this multiple times and the site kept telling me that the code was invalid.
I tried to use my blue light card discount then and the same error code kept coming up. I wrote to exante on Facebook for support and it took a day for them to respond, then another three days to respond to my next message - a few more messages were sent over 11 days and each was responded to by a different person, which didn’t help at all.
Eventually, the blue light card discount code was accepted but this states that it’s a 15% discount ‘site wide’ but only deducted 12%.
Really disappointed with the company and think I will be buying bars from elsewhere on future.

Good range of products and offers. Delivery reasonable and free shaker was a bonus. I've used Exante before and like the choice and flavour of their shakes.

Always loved exante. I’ve used it twice before in the past when i feel like my diet has started to go down hill. Exante really motivates me to keep my diet going once i start it. There’s also a nice, wide variety of diet options to try out, like shakes, bars, meals, breakfast, etc. They also have nice diet plans and bundles to help save money. I do think however, they could make the discounts a bit bigger. Overall, my experience has been amazing used Exante.
