Shanna stopped responding after receiving my payment

I purchased a website service from Excellence Web Solutions for my business. Before I made the payment, Shanna regularly called and messaged me and responded quickly whenever I contacted her.

After the company received the money, the communication completely changed. I have been waiting for more than a month and still have not received the website I paid for. Shanna stopped answering my calls and messages, and my telephone number appears to have been blocked.

On July 24, 2026, I called from a different number, and Shanna answered. Once she realized it was me, she hung up the phone. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

I paid for a website that was never delivered, and I have not received a refund or a clear explanation. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and am reporting the matter to the Better Business Bureau.

I am requesting a full refund for the service I never received.
