We arranged moving cleaning for 9am and they didn’t show up, I had to call them and it seemed they “forgot” they ended up showing at 11am. The cleaners did the job really well and were nice, but evidently there’s people in management and administration who aren’t careful about their work. What if I really needed the work to be done sooner instead of 5pm? No money compensation for this flop as well.
