Words r NOT enough to compliment Suvidh and his team. Suvidh is so cool and perfect professional from Day 1. His team is available 7 days a week like a family and always updates us with What’s going on in the market and what’s suits us best. There was a time where I was assisted till 11pm night as I was busy during daytime. Such a honest and genuine person is hard to find these days. Customer benefits r there first priority.

During covid period, I know all the brokers are full busy and it’s hard to assist each and every customer in detail especially for a interstate customer like me.But being a First home buyer, I really troubled Suvidh and Meg with too many repeated questions. But they’re such a nice and honest people answered me every time and everything with lots of patience and clarity.

It’s hard to get best when ur profile is average. But Suvidh made it possible. Finally they got me a loan approval with best lowest rate and dream come true.

There were a few unknowns during the process in terms of costs at settlement (a little more than expected) but the support and service was excellent through out. Kat and Suvidh were very helpful. And going forward, we will benefit from our new offset account.

Great service received by Mr. Suvidh Arora in these difficult times. Always ready to help, reply and was available to provide assistance.

Myself & my partner started the Mortgage application with another agent after the first week of lock down and one of the Bank ABC completed the valuation and the application was pending for the final approval.

My wife just started her job before two weeks.
So the banks may/may not consider her into the application. Situations were adverse and we were afraid if we can get the enough loan amount & approval for us to complete the mortgage process.

We almost completed one week in the settlement process and desperately waiting for loan approval.

All of sudden we were introduced to Michael by one of our relatives.I had a doubt if i should really start a new application, but i just thought that i should give it a try bearing in mind that the interest rates are different with each banks and also if i could get better amount in the loan approval which helps me in the long run.

Michael started the process with collecting the basic documentation. Then i had a little doubt again that this process is going to take long.

Again i some how pushed myself and submitted all the documents.Michael also took the things serious in terms of time lines and within one week the XYZ Bank finished the valuation and within 15 days we have received the loan approval with good interest rate and the best amount that i expected.
With which we have completed the process of settlement peacefully.

Personally it helped me a lot interms of interest rates.

Again Michael & Suvid messaged me after 2 months.

Asking me to share my settlement invoice so that he can try to gain the rebate.
It was almost 2 months i did completely forget them and was stressed out with my payments & other works during this COVID. Surprisingly they claimed the rebate and it was successfully processed.

It was really great please to work with Suvidh and Abhi especially.
They were very friendly and i have talk more about Abhi . Abhi was communicating through out the Journey and was advising me with about the progress and was able to submit my application on time.
