I was very impressed with the service I got from Excellular. My wife's cell phone was stolen and we needed a new one quickly. Excellular answered all my email queries within minutes, and when I mentioned needing the phone quickly they phoned me, checked my location and then promised 24 hour delivery based on that. The phone got here 12 hours after I paid.
I was a bit scared to order a phone via credit card in South Africa ! It worked. Excellent service. Very good pricing and fast delivery ! A nice option to get a bit outdated phones for cheap (which I like to buy) or even to buy the newer ones !
While the range is not exactly extensive, all significant new models are available. The delivery charge is good and was mailed swiftly in the holidays. Phones received were in perfect condition.
