This company has a very cumbersome refund process at variance with the make believe created at first meeting. I opted out of the training the first week of registration because the content doesn't align with my strength. Since October 2023 till date it has been one failed promise after the other and right now He has stopped responding to my messages. Refund should not be this complex and integrity is completely lacking in that process.
