Professional, thoughtful and very well organised

We worked with Excelsior Escapes and Events for a private event, and the experience was excellent from start to finish

The team was calm, organised and very attentive to the small details that make an event feel personal. They understood what we wanted, helped refine the plan and made the whole process feel smooth instead of stressful! what I appreciated most was the balance between creativity and practical execution. The event felt elegant and well thought out, but everything also worked properly behind the scenes - communication, timing, coordination and guest experience)

I would recommend Excelsior Escapes and Events to anyone looking for a reliable destination event planner or a team that can manage a private or corporate event with care and professionalism 👌

A smooth and personal travel planning experience

We had a very positive experience with Excelsior Escapes and Events. The team took time to understand what kind of trip we wanted and helped shape everything into a smooth, personal and well-organised travel experience.

What stood out most was the attention to detail. The itinerary felt carefully planned, but not overcomplicated. Communication was clear, the logistics were handled well, and we felt supported throughout the process.

It did not feel like a standard travel package
It felt more like a curated experience built around our preferences, pace and expectations !
I would happily recommend Excelsior Escapes and Events to anyone looking for bespoke travel planning and a more personal approach to travel 👍
