Excel with Business was fine until they changed owenership and new owners no longer offering lifetime accesss. Tried to use again and access denied. Is this a scam? Seems to be.

I was preparing to purchase this class but did not complete the transaction as I thought I would check out the reviews. Its been 3 days now and I have literally received over 40 emails from them to complete the transaction. I will not purchase from a company that is worse than any bill collectors. Literally, over 40 emails, almost once every two hours. There should be a law against this kind of harassment.

I strongly believe any trainings are useless unless given a lifetime access to learning tools, if not constantly connected with the tasks it is impossible to keep being acquainted with the tools provided.

Many of their lessons are in text, so you read like a book. I have excel book at home. l expected well prepared lessons with a lector who leads through. I wanted to give it a chance but in the end l didn't complete reading their book...

I used this site before they had their major update at the start of the year and it was all positive, educational information and format was good and to be honest is still good however... Since the changes the certs they provide for completion of a course are well below par, no marking relating to CPD accreditation, no signature from the company MD or equivalent. You could mock up their certificates in 2 seconds in words, which to me as a paying customer is a massive disappointment. To go from the positive of completing a course(s) to the disappointment of being provided a cert that has zero worth is not satisfactory, you can't comfortably provide this to an employer with the assurance it means something. I have attempted to raise this using their internal messaging system, emails and the discussion board, and other than other students raising the same issue regarding the certs there has been zero communication or acknowledgement of the issue. It is a shame as the courses appear to be to a good standard and the way the information is presented is positive, but to not have a credible certificate at the end and no communication from anyone within the company is a MASSIVE let down. I'd suggest avoiding.

Well written & presented, this course is exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn't be happier.

I signed up in August and it has taken numerous emails to access the courses. Frequently did not accept my log in details and PW. I had paid for a suite of courses and it did not allow me to access the ones I had selected. I tried to charge me £177.00, then removed the courses I required although paid for Ultimate office bundle. The voucher code did not work. The log in details and PW were not recognised on several occasions.

Finally in October I have access and just started the Powerpoint course. A number of the instructions do not match what I have in Powerpoint. I have the latest Msoft Office 365 suite and a Dell Inspiron 14 500 touch screen, purchased 2 years ago.
The only redeeming feature is that Excel for Business were responsive and did not ignore my requests. It would have been so much quicker and easier if they had just called me. they did once and I was in a meeting.

I bought a lifetime membership and applied the code but never had access to any of the courses I purchased. Tried to contact the customer service but they replied after several days with canned response that did not resolve the problem and they did not reply back so it's been 12 days and I could not access the courses I purchased. Worst experience ever. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would. Do not get scammed by this company.

I was mis sold the course. There was apparently 24/7 help available, but this was not the case. Telephone number given was not answered, instead there was a message saying they would get back within 48 hours. Emails were eventually replayed to after a day or two. 24/7 help desk, NO WAY, more like, we will get back to you when we can be bothered. Fortunately I received a prompt refund and the matter is now closed for me.

Rewriting my review - an initial poor customer service experience became an excellent one. We had booked over 60 staff onto an Excel training course and were having various problems accessing the course. Once this was escalated the response has been nothing short of fantastic. This was a great example of things go wrong but its how you then fix it that makes the difference. Thank you to James and hopefully we shall shortly have an office full of happy Exceler's

I've just started the business Analysis course and I love it. I've been searching for an excel course that's relevant to accounting for some time. So far so good. I like the way the course is set out so it's easy to find certain functions quickly when I need to reference a particular subject. I also like that the course is written and then a demo is provided. I find it much easier to learn by visual and auditory when combined so this works for me.

I am happy with the content, it delivers on the advertised promises

Have they fallen off the face of the earth? Several months ago I got notification that they were changing servers, and have received not one thing since except for a couple of useless and weak replies regarding a file that is "download unavailable" for Power BI. This is a shame, because the course content of the other courses I've purchased have been great, and I have highly recommended them to my coworkers.

I'll start by saying I have purchased 2 courses which have been good content and no issues.
They sent me an offer which I purchased, but found that the content was not what I expected so asked to swap (pay more money for a better course within t&cs ).
This was 1 month ago, they are yet to reply. Instead they sent me another generic email 2 weeks later. I responded to this asking to reply to my initial query, which they did saying I couldn't upgrade the course as the offer had expired, would I like a refund? Been waiting 2 weeks for confirmation of this refund, or any further response. Really poor service, have also called many times without success.

Easy to understand the course
Videos really helped and gave me a better understanding especially to pivot charts and table.
Would definitely recommend this course and it was very affordable.

Good course covering all the basics. Gave practice activities to complete but didn't provide the software to complete with. I now have some knowledge but was unable to practice what I learned.

Have only started the course but am happy with it so far .

This was my first time doing an online course and I enjoy the experience.
Excel with Business was so easy to access, the video and notes were really helpful. Questions at the end were helpful as well.

Would recommend this to whoever wants to do this course.

This is an excellent course for not only VBA but for good coding practices. The sessions are short and focussed which made it easy to fit them into my day. The exercises enforce the session content. The instructor has a great voice and style — let me explain. The last 2 courses I took were PowerPoint slides read by an automated voice. This course is not that! This course shows Excel worksheets and code and is presented by someone who is knowledgable and interested in the topic.

Bought course to update and refresh skills learnt previously and lost due to lack of use. Decided to go back to beginning basics and though I am going through the units very quickly there has been at least 1 shortcut or gem of information that I was unaware of!! Not finished courses yet, as not in any rush, but considering the discounted price I purchased for, it was all well worth it...cheaper than a takeaway for my family!
