A little more info on delivery time if out of stock, being kept up to date

Parcel took sometime to come but Joe was

very helpful in sorting out the problem.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Great website, easy to navigate and found exactly what I wanted and ordered straight away.

Item arrived on time and it’s a great addition to my garden.

I can highly recommend Exceptional Gardens.. their customer service team was easy to get hold of by e mail and phone.. They contacted me promptly with guidance about the courier company, after liaising with them directly.. so that I could arrange delivery when back from holiday. The Riverco Angled love seat is of a high quality. .very well made and competitively priced.. in fact a local garden centre was selling the exact same seat for nearly £30 more.. would certainly not hesitate to use them again

These guys were great, I phoned for advice prior to ordering and they were so helpful and friendly. They also had the best price I found after my chiminea research. The item turned up the next day. Great service, would happily use them again.

I had to wait a while for this item but that was fine as I was kept informed most of the way. What I was not informed about however is that this item arrives in 2 parts and there are no screws provided for you to put those parts together.

This garden table & chairs set is just great, steady and the chairs with some cushions become very comfortable and beautiful

The service with exceptional garden was fantastic i would highly recommend this company.
Customer service fantastic kept me updated with order.
I ordered a 3m pergola but supplier signature weave sent out my order with several parts missing including instructions.
But Paul at exceptional gardens was straight on the suppliers case.
Not his fault and second deliver with missing parts was still missing parts so had a total nightmare.
I definitely would not recommend signature weave at all for Customer service totally shocking and they were not bothered just giving excuses after excuses as all orders should be checked before sending.

Eventually got all my parts needed 3rd time lucky and several weeks later thanks to the constant pressure from Paul and his partner at exceptional garden.

I would definitely recommend buying from them and I do know they are looking at cutting all ties with that supplier due to lots more issues with other customers also.

The product itself is really nice and worth the money, thank you exceptional garden for all the help getting it sorted and the sooner you cut ties with that supplier the better.

Very good experience, I found the gazebo I wanted and at the right price and it was delivered quicker than originally promised!
