Quality and customer service
Amazing quality just as I imagined to remember family holidays for a child. They will get a new flag personalised for every new place we visit with the date as a memory especially now some places are moving away from passport stamps this gift is perfect.
The customer service was exceptional I forgot to add a personalisation to 1 charm on a bulk order, I contacted exchange life directly and they got back to me quickly and were very helpful, they put a request through to sort this and my charm arrived with the engraving. They also mentioned if it arrived and it didn’t have the engraving on to contact them and they will sort it out.

The cute little bracelet I received was everything I wanted and more! The quality of it is wonderful, and the links with beads option looks great. It is the perfect amount of detail and daintiness that makes it so perfect as a gift for my girlfriend. The engravings are great, both the outlines and the message on the back. The amazing company had a buy one get one free offer which was great, and they also included a free keychain, also with the countries engraved on it. I have ordered twice now and I absolutely love all my charms. They’re great quality and the images are very clear and detailed. A great way to keep all your memories of travelling in one place and it’s certainly a conversation starter. Gorgeous and sturdy-- absolutely love them
I saw these and thought it would be a great thing for my mom to remind her of the great trips she took with my dad before he passed. I got some for me too, because I love flags and the memories of trips with my family. The chains and charms are sturdy, which makes them great to hang off your bag, and they're very visible (some charms are so small that you can barely tell what they're supposed to be), They're absolutely gorgeous and I'm excited to add to our collection in the future.

A tale of two orders
My first order was great. Good Comms, lovely product, no complaints at all, 5 stars.
My second order, placed 25th Feb finally arrived today, 2nd June and that was despite an email received on 4th April saying the order would ship on 14th April. Simply not good enough, 1 star.
And so an average of 3.
I'd be a lot less inclined to order again, particularly if I needed it by a specific date.
