A lady named Carmen took over our case when a previous person left the company, and from the outset she was friendly and efficient, and had the situation sorted out with very little time and no fuss. We had to wait for action and responses from the Tax office, which required regular chasing; what I particularly liked was that she took the trouble to keep in contact with us, every week, even when there was nothing to report. Through absolutely no fault of Exchange4free, this whole experience, for me, was atrocious - caused partly due to my inexperience at on-line banking and a great deal due to problems online with the bank of origin. It took nearly 2 months to complete. HOWEVER, Marco and the staff at Exchange4free were excellent - patient and helpful at all times. Thank you so much Marco and 'the girls'
