They do answer my emails regarding this issue but no tracking details or if there is a problem

Ordered wall art, received email that it was delivered to my mailbox. USPS has no record of that delivery. Commie scam
BS scam drop ship company which delivers crap from China while stating they ship goods via States customs to Europe. My so called Wall art , 40USD, was delivered heavily folded in an envelop from China.
While asking for compensation, since the delivered item wasn't even close to the thing i ordered., they initially offered 3USD and as a final 9USD. Told them to shove it.
Ordered a Wall art of 50x70 on their Instagram account which supposedly got shipped via the States to Europe, Netherlands. Waiting for weeks and it was just delivered , folded up multiple times in an envelop from China. Paid almost € 40,= for this BS and want my money back.
