Worst Connection; Extremely bad service
Worst Internet connection ever. Their internet/modem/service doesn't work for 3/4 weeks in a month. For the day something will catch the speed is so slow you can't even send messages on WhatsApp. Upgrading plan is scam as nothing works, the money keeps getting locked and their customer service offers no solution, refund or even at the time of termination- they will; give you addresses 20kms away from your house to do it yourself. The customer support has no contact with ground team and doesn't have real solutions to provide. They have a chatbox system to submit when your internet is not working, you will end up clicking photo of the same modem, do 20tests yourself and screenshotting and uploading those results, all to only know that your internet is not working (which we of course know) but no name or number you can reach out directly who will get this fixed. Its the most frustrating service provide to have to ruin your any normal day!!!

I am facing no internet issue from past 4 days and they failed to resolve it.Customer care and even Nodal Team are useless. They are only asking me to wait and they will update soon. Customer service are unprofessional and will not help you in case you face any issue.I strongly recommend Not to use excitel because once you face any issue they will not help you and you will suffer.

Wrost service provider, hell customer support just the calls gots on hold no one answer if by chance they answer they again put on hold.
I have been facing connectivity issues from last month have been chaise through this application and customer care number but haven't got the solutions yet.

My excitel fiber exp (delhi)
I'm writing this review after 1.5 years of using excitel, the speed is really good ive 200mbps plans its cheap and you always gets above 200mbps, there are mentanance 1-2 max a month for about 30 mins it will rarly would take 4 hours is the max time they say they'll be taking, ive seen people giving excitel a bad rep but for me its above excellence exp, cant compare with xstream or jiofiber those were not even availble in my area (Delhi, Rohini) plus the pricing were little high.

Where do I even begin with this absolute disaster of an internet provider? I have never encountered a company that is so consistently awful at what they claim to do. From start to finish, my experience with [Internet Provider] has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Let's start with their customer service, or should I say lack thereof. Trying to reach a representative is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Their phone lines are always busy, and when you finally manage to get through, you're greeted with unhelpful, robotic individuals who clearly have no interest in actually assisting you. It's as if they're trained to be dismissive and apathetic towards customer concerns.
But the real problem lies in the reliability of their service. I can't even count the number of times my internet has gone down without warning. It's not just occasional outages; it's a daily occurrence. I work from home, and this constant instability has caused me to lose countless hours of productivity. It's frustrating beyond words to pay for a service that I can't rely on when I need it the most.
And let's not forget about the snail-like speeds. I'm supposed to be getting high-speed internet, but it feels like I'm back in the dial-up era. Streaming a movie? Forget about it. It buffers every few seconds, ruining any chance of enjoying a seamless viewing experience. Uploading large files? Might as well grab a cup of coffee and wait for eternity because it takes ages.
To add insult to injury, their prices are exorbitant for the pitiful service they provide. I've had the misfortune of being locked into a contract with them, and I can't wait for it to be over so I can switch to a more reliable and affordable provider.
Save yourself the headache and avoid [Internet Provider] at all costs. They're a complete joke of a company that will drain your wallet and leave you with nothing but frustration. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
Terrible customer service - DO NOT OPT FOR EXCITEL
Terrible customer service. 72 hours and NO solution. Ground support team did NOT show up and spoke extremely rudely when I finally contacted them on day 3. Absolutely terrible. Customer care makes you do the exact same set of things every time, make the exact same promises and do NOTHING. The final supervisor hung up on me when I asked them to discontinue my subscription. NEVER GO FOR EXCITEL

They are a biggest thief internet provider. Firstly they will solve your internet connection when they wish to do it, there is no customer urgency for them. And when you want to close your internet service they took 75 -90 days at-least to refund your modem amount when there is written in there policy of 60days(as per say). Guys don't take there service.

Company is not refunding the security deposit given by me, since 2021, also the ARP services provider in Mahipal Pur are sun Infotech system is closed. Complaints is pending for such a long time and there is no resolution, on the contrary when will register for new connection this will people will turn up for new connection immediately, but do not have time to refund the money.

Keeps Disconnecting frequently, Most Unreliable network, Doesn't work in the rains or monsoons, customer care is not bothered to fix the issue, and you will not have a stable network..even if the network seems stable there will be packet loss..

1. Worst customer service: Even if you share the issue and screenshots, the agent will still ask how may I help you, such unprofessional approach
2. When you will raise a chat they will suggest you to call
3. They will ask you to turn off and on and then check the speed, which works for the time being, however the main issue of speed keeps coming back
4. One of the agent with whom I was talking over chat, was highly unprofessional, few reasons are stated above, one was left which is, he chose to not reply to few of my questions, I mean completely ignored
I don't know whether I should be saying this or not but Excitel's (South Delhi) service is worst than that of ACT broadband
First they will display high charges for one months subscription along with modem charges, and after choosing the cheaper plan of 3 months and free modem, they will hive you their worst service and behaviour, and you will remain stuck for next three months

The company didnt refund the security deposit, as promised at thetime if installation, said that company has nowchanged its policy, the company asked for more money for converting to optical fibre connection which has to be done free of cost, worst connectivity, complaints of low connectivity were never resolved timely

This is the most pathetic internet service provider i used. from 1st day only problem started. connection was just for 1 hr and rest of the day no internet. i took 200 mbps plan in bangalore but actual speed comes is 3 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. everyday u need to raise a complain and go through pathetic service experience. dont get fooled by paid good reviews
