Don't get fooled

Bought from them once before, everything went ok. This time, key cover wasn't delivered, but courier company states, that it was delivered. I've sent 3 emails to Exclusive Keys customer service, sent a request form from their website, but there is no response from them. Now have to go through my bank to recover money. Their website rates them 4,7* , but there is no way to write a review. So I believe they are big fake site. Be careful. 24 hours customer service is non existent, because in more than a week they haven't responded. Goods are posted from China, but website is UK based...?
