Frustrating all round
I purchased a few hats, one of which they ran out of but didn’t update on their website. They sent me a couple of replacement hats that made up the value of the hat that was out of stock, and they sent them in a different size to the rest of the order which I found out upon arrival. Also I’ve only had a login to their website for a few weeks and my account has already been involved in a data leak which is just fantastic.

Bad quality control, poor customer service
I bought 2 hats of the same size, and 1 was significantly smaller. The quality control is terrible. I emailed customer service and they were unwilling to even pay for my return shipping label. I will not be a return customer.

Fantastic experience
I ordered a Mitchell and Ness jersey on a Sunday, it was shipped on Monday morning and I received it in New Orleans after little over a week even with the holiday crush. The item was of fine quality with the best price online. Will definitely order from Exclusive Fitted again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Love this site
The customer service is great. Their exchange policy is great. I ended up having to exchange all my hats for different ones (cause I did not like how they looked on me) and they were great about making that happen. They have a HUGE selection. Would highly recommend exclusive fitteds to all.
