When I had my accident back last year and wanted a lawyer to help me to commence the legal process, initially contacted the legal protection with my car insurance and it was clear to me it will be handled by a paraeagle professional rather than an experienced lawyer. I instructed Exclusive Law for a conveyancing matter.
Unfortunately, my experience was not very good, but luckily, we got over the line and completed before they ceased trading for conveyancing matters.
After three months in my new property and finding out it hadn't been changed into my name with the land registry I contacted Exclusive Law and spoke to Tracy rowlinson regarding this and an outstanding unresolved financial matter.
She reassured me that the land registry issue would be dealt with, over a few weeks my management company had the relevant documents and the property transferred into my name.
Over the course of the next few months Tracy fought my case regarding the outstanding financial matter every other day.
Conveyancing is not Tracy's department or specialist subject, yet she was amazing and patient and answered every email I sent.

My 83 year old dad was in an RTC last summer which gave him a broken arm and leg. We were passed on to Exclusive Law by the other party's insurance company. We were not looking for compensation but for them to cover my dad's hospital bills as he was visiting from overseas. We were put through to Christian who took the call even though it was his day off.
He explained that my dad was entitled to compensation for his injuries and loss of his holiday as well as having all his bills covered.
