I got scammed ordering an electric ratchet. Received a low quality manual one. Seller not willing to refund or resend is offering for me to send back at my cost with a restocking fee..

They keep telling me to call usps with a tracking number and it is not a legitimate tracking number. It shows it was delivered but it wasn’t. Don’t order from these people. Not even a phone number to call them. Only an email.

I got scammed ordered a car trim clip set never received it when asking for a refund. They asked for more money to send another one. I persisted and asked for a refund and they said they are not going to give me anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Insulting emails and extremely rude service. Stay away no clue how they are still operating such a scam business. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Scam site. They advertise item but sent a cheap version instead. Don’t order from them. Returns are to China at your expense.

Yet another instance of wrong, cheap and nasty, goods being sent and a silly amount of compensation
offered or the option to return the 'wrong' order at your own expense to China! AVOID.

Ordered a Cordless wrench main unit plus a BONUS socket set. Received a dodgy socket set that can be brought only. They tried to tell me my order was correct. When I showed proof that I ordered a cordless wrench they offered a $6 compensation. Unhappy with the response they than offered $11. So I opened a paypal case. I suggest everyone do the same! Oh and screenshot as many of these reviews as possible. They are scamers

Its a scam, you don't get what you're ordering

Seems I am not the only one here who has been defrauded by this company. I too ordered a Cordless Electric Ratchet Set and received a $5 junk store manual set instead.

I just received my package today and it was supposed to be 3 electric ratchet sets but instead i received the cheapest hand ratchet set that probably cost $0.50 to make. Harbor Freight tools are much better then the crap i just received. Im filing a claim through my bank and will warn everyone to stay away from this company.

I ordered an electric ratchet set costing over $40 and was sent the cheapest nastiest 1/4 drive normal ratchet set which you can pick up from any discount store for under $5.
They have offered some money back and I can keep the set. not really a resolution as the set is so bad it would be going straight in the bin, seen some nasty ratchets in my time but this one takes the biscuit, actually I might keep it to lend to people I really don't like.
I was not expecting the electric one to be quality but it was needed for a specific task so I would have put up with it for that task.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an electric ratchet kit but instead I received a crappy 1/4 manual ratchet from china. Horrible quality. Will never buy from this company again.

I ordered the Initial D toy alloy car from this company. They claim the parcel was delivered, but I never received it. They have terrible customer service. They won't even contact the parcel company to see what happened to my package nor offer any help whatsoever.

I ordered 3x electric cordless ratchets and the sent the complete wrong products!

Have emailed and have had some correspondence which resulted in a $12 offer of a refund, or I would need to send the package back to china at my cost!

The tools that got sent are complete sh*t, not at all even remotely similar to what I had ordered!

Wouldn’t waste your time nor money off this site!
