I was very happy with my experience. I am making welcome bags for my son's wedding and order some things. They all came quickly. My water bottle labels had the wrong date on them, but when I called them, they immediately took care of it and I received them in time to use. They only negative thing I would say is that I did have some trouble figuring out and navigating the website--the ordering process could be improved to become more explanatory.

Very happy with the Wedding Invitations. I made several changes and support made sure that I was 100% satisfied. Everything was perfect!

I absolutely love the invitations we ordered. The ordering process forces you to double check your work multiple times which important to ensure all spelling/grammar is correct, however make sure you have a lot of time when sitting down to do this because it does take some time. There is little flexibility when it comes to fitting the text on the paper, but it wasn't hard to manage. I also loved adding personalization on such as the return address on the outer envelopes. I think they should also include that option for the RSVP envelopes as well.

The twin heart collection is beautiful. I must buy for formal weddings. Highly recommend.

I got what I wanted the look of my save the dates and I plan to use them again.

I would recommend ordering more invitations than needed. My invitations came out nice; however, on 10 invitations, a letter did not print out all the way. So of course we did not use these 10. We did order 15 more than what we needed as a just in case, so everything was fine.

Very nice! Better than I even expected! Only took 2 weeks to come in!

Pricing and quality was good. However the script on the invitation is small and very hard to read.

The necklace looked very. .. affordable. The quality was poor. It was supposwd to have a birthstone above the pearl. However the birthstone was a clear blue bead. The chain also looked flimsy and was rough to touch. I emailed right away for return but got no reply. I emailed again the next day but still no reply. After three days I called and was given a return number but my money won't be refunded until they get the product. Funny I had to pay before I got it and now they keep my money until they get it back. I'm guessing they will claim they don't receive it, so I'll be paying extra for shipping with tracking number.

I have requested to return the incorrect item that was shipped. Please send me details so I may return the incorrect order and receive what I ordered.

I saw some mixed reviews on the bracelets that I purchased for my bridesmaids. I love them! Exclusively weddings was so easy to work with that I would recommend them to anyone and have also purchased some more items for our big day! I am so excited to see them and if they are anything like the bracelets I have already received I will be so happy! I am just waiting to see the day of if the bracelets hold up because I read a couple reviews where people had issues with the clasps so we shall see, but these were perfect for the look we are going for and they match the earrings and necklaces I had previously purchased perfectly so I couldn't pass them up! Fingers crossed they hold up!!
