Ordered some Nike Airmax 90s which arrived and are clearly fake. Compared to the pair I own that they were going to replace they are much lighter with visible glue and a cheap feel. They are the same as the ones I can get at my local market for £20 and this company sells for £110.

Fake Nike Air Max 90 white trainers sold. I already own two original pairs of the same trainers, so was so easy to tell that these are fake.

I was a little sceptical due to some of the reviews, ABSOLUTELY no reason to be - not only was everything as it should be, delivery was quick and the price was great.

Good product but wrong size. I’m trying to get in touch with them to arrange return/ replacement but no reply to my emails. I’ve tried their number but goes straight to voicemail.

They have since got in touch and all resolved. But it took a few phone calls and messages.

Contacted them the day my order arrived and could see how fake they were. Blue pen all over the Converse, threads coming out of lace hole. As you can imagine, no response given, even after emailing again asking for a returns number.

Great company to deal with, easy website to navigate and fast uk shipping which was free too. Cheap prices too.

I ordered trainers that were too big, It was easy to exchange them for a different size, customer service was excellent.

I’m waiting for over a week to hear back - I agree, the Nike airforce trainers may well be fake.
I need to return the trainers as the lace has been glued under the insole, but I am not getting responses from the m to return using their advertised aol or their contact form which doesn’t work.
Please get in touch, I’m running out of available time.

Bought kappa boxer shorts the sizes were wrong more like children's size. I then had to pay £5.00 for signed return. I am £5 out of pocket through no fault of my own. I wud have given 1 star but customer service was polite and helpful and refund applied

I am still waiting to hear back on an email I sent over to customer service 5 days ago about a faulty order.

I can see why the pathetic company has recieved such poor reviews, they guarantee 24 hour delivery before 4pm I ordered my item before 3pm but the next day they hadn't even sent it to royal mail never mind me!!. When phoned to complain spoke to the rudest person alive!!, when asked to speak to his superior he replied he was the CEO!! What a disgusting attitude to the customer, so do yourself a favor and don't bother with this pathetic company or I guarantee you will regret it!!.

Interesting to see another issue with converse high tops. Bought pair and after 4 weeks eyelets for laces came off. Reported to Exclusive Sports by email and phone and never heard another word. Buyers beware!! Reported them to their local trading standards ….don’t go near them.
