I recently bought a new monitor (from a very well known internet retailer) and found I needed a second one. By pure chance a search showed the same model on sale at ExDemoHut described as “like new”. Never heard of them, but decided it looked like a good deal so took a chance. Well, I’ve now got two of these monitors, and there is no way anyone would be able to tell them apart. The only difference is a very substantial price saving. Arrived the next working day as well. Very pleased, and would obviously recommend them.

This is the first time that I have purchased a laptop over the internet so I was nervous. I rang Exdemohut before I placed my order. I was fully assured that I had gone to the right place, as everything I needed to know was explained to me. My HP renew 17" laptop arrived next day as promised. Its a lovely machine, best PC I have ever owned. Very pleased I ended up here after looking at other outlets, and decided Exdemohut was the place to go. Excellent products, prices, and service. Would definitely use them again, and fully recommend them to anyone.

Had a couple of teething issues with the Kiosk i ordered but the team got on it right away and resolved the issues. Fast shipping, great service and value!

Bought an Alienware m17xr4 machine which was a great price for the specs but as soon as the machine arrived I've experienced basic problems. The two hard drives were not raid configured so even though I had an sdd and hdd I might as well have just took the hdd drive out as it wasn't configured right for my documents to save to it. When they have installed windows onto the machine it has not been disconnected properly and so every time the computer is turned on I get an error message that the Ethernet cable for pxe is not connected. These are simple mistakes made from somebody being careless when refurbishing the machine and they could easily be sorted if there was some quality control. Overall the prices are excellent but the quality control is average and it needs work although I'm lucky I live with an it technician who could fix this it really puts me off using the site again.

High end products at nearly half what you'd expect to pay elsewhere - on or off line! Johnny and Sean looked after everything and were there when I needed to ask key questions.

I purchased my laptop from Exdemohut and received it within 24hours. it was a fraction of the price and brand new just like it would have been if I purchased from a computer shop.
Before buying I contacted the company only to have my questions answered immediately. I couldn't believe how fast the response was. The specifications of the laptops I asked about were explained very clearly and this guy was so helpful. Customer service was outstanding!

Just received my new Laptop, less than 24 hours after sale and it looks fine as it sits there charging... Had a question so went to their site and asked on the direct chat facility and was treated the same as I had been whilst making my inquiries yesterday, before I decided to buy, which was very nice... I am not particularly Computer savvy and was treated with patience, understanding and given useful tips on both occasions... I have no choice but to give 5 stars and I do so with no reservations... I purchased a Printer/scanner from Exdemohut as I had been thinking of finally buying a decent machine for my little business, and before I had time to think, here it was delivered to me in Ireland! The Service was excellent including the customer service person I spoke too who made me decide to purchase. The product came in it's original box (a little bit worn) and it is nice and shiny as a new model with all the extra original ink cartridges included. This is exactly what I was looking for and I am delighted to have bought from Exdemohut! It is a very good concept to sell electronic goods which have been displayed in retail stores. It is like buying a new product but with some discount which is impossible to get in any Computer Stores! Very impressed, great value. It was a terrific service ordered my printer after 12 o'clock but was delivered first thing of the morning and by 11 o'clock it was up and running.

I purchased an Ativ Book 9 Plus PC from ExDemoHut and received excellent service. The PC was in showroom condition - no scratches or missing bits, absolutely as new.
My interface with the company ( which I had never used before) was Sean who could not have been more helpful. This is a young company but one that is likely to go places. Highly recommended.
